Welcome to Vega Wraps, operated by Car Tailor LLC d/b/a Vega Wraps. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute SMS consent.

1. Age Restriction

By using our website, requesting a quote, or opting into any of our services or SMS programs, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Services & Quote Estimates

  • Quotes: Price quotes provided via our website or email are estimates based on initial details. Final pricing is confirmed upon physical inspection of the vehicle.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve scheduling slots and order specialized vinyl materials.

3. SMS Program and Consent

The Vega Wraps SMS program is operated by Car Tailor LLC d/b/a Vega Wraps.

Service Messages: Customers who select the service-message checkbox may receive responses and follow-ups concerning their requested quote, appointment scheduling, installation progress, vehicle drop-off or pickup, and customer support.

Marketing Messages: Customers who separately select the marketing-message checkbox may receive special offers, discounts, and promotions for vehicle wraps, paint protection film, window tinting, and related services.

Consent Choices: Each message category has its own optional consent checkbox. Customers may select either category, both, or neither. Providing a phone number, submitting a quote request, purchasing a service, or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute SMS consent. Customers can request a quote without agreeing to text messages. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on customer interactions and the categories selected.

4. SMS Disclosures, Opt-Out & Support

  • Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our SMS program. You may receive one confirmation of your unsubscribe request. After this, no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

  • Customer Support: Reply HELP for assistance, email info@vegawraps.com, or call (503) 946-3691.

  • Rates & Charges: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Car Tailor LLC d/b/a Vega Wraps is not responsible for carrier charges incurred.

  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, including SMS opt-in data, please review our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

  • Paint & Surface Integrity: Vehicle wraps require clean, factory-painted surfaces for proper adhesion. Car Tailor LLC d/b/a Vega Wraps is not responsible for damage to non-OEM paint, clear coat failure, existing rust, or body repairs during wrap application or removal.

  • Drop-off Cleanliness: Vehicles must be delivered thoroughly cleaned and free of grease, wax, mud, or ceramic coatings. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra prep work is required.

7. Payment & Vehicle Release

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service and prior to the release of the vehicle.

  • Vehicle Pick-up: Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion notification. Storage fees may accrue for uncollected vehicles beyond this timeframe.

8. Warranties & Material Care

  • Material Warranty: Vinyl wrap materials carry warranties provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison). Warranty terms depend on material type and environmental exposure.

  • Installation Warranty: We guarantee workmanship against peeling or lifting due to installation errors for five years for PPF and three years for vinyls, provided post-care guidelines are followed.

  • Care Instructions: Proper hand-washing and care are required. Automated drive-through car washes or high-pressure power washing nullify workmanship warranties.

9. Media & Photo Release

Unless explicitly opted out in writing prior to service, Car Tailor LLC d/b/a Vega Wraps reserves the right to take photographs and video footage of customer vehicles for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Car Tailor LLC d/b/a Vega Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use or service execution beyond the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
